As someone who recently got a new TV and 15 movie credits for Sony Pictures Core I can say that this deal is laughable at best. There a few worthwhile movies on the service…but not many. You can get more from watching ads with digital rewards on Prime than with this "deal". Also, if this the same setup as the TV credits then you don't get to keep the movies. The movies I have redeemed will stay in my library until Feb 2028. So, this is far from a generous offering.

Yeah, thanks to the OP for trying to help find a deal on PS+, but unfortunately this just reads as Sony (not) trying to justify their price fixing and price hike from last fall.
I went from renewing PS+ every year (just so I could play multiplayer) for like $30, now it looks like it would be $80 when my next renewal in November would be up. Since Valve just released the OLED Steam Deck around that time, well… Sony pushed me into PC gaming, and I probably won't renew PS+ because I have not enough time to pay for a game rental subscription service.

Certain ads can/will be shown on your firestick or Fire TV devices. There are three places these ads appear -

1. Top of screen scroll of large ads on home page

2. Banner ads that appear after the first row of video selections.

3. Ads that come on as a screensaver after 5 min(or whatever your device is set for)

The ads will have a disclaimer in small lettering that usually reads something like, "Watch this ad and earn/be rewarded a $- prime video credit.

Credits usually appear in your account immediately after viewing the ad. There are a few active right now - a Hereshy's, a Coke-a-Cola, and a Texas tourism ad.

can we all just boycott them already? 80 bux a year so i can have permission to play online for which i have to pay internet provider to use internet? imagine they start charging for electricity and the air.
