Damn, I'm a sucker for wera and knipex but wish this was at least ratcheting. The Klein 6 in 1 is same price and has flip nut drivers. Nevertheless good find if you're looking to collect, thumbs up! just not as useful as some other competitors imo.

Stubby is as stubby does.... Make sure you have a real utility for needing it this compact as a normal size screwdriver is almost always preferred.

I have the a bunch of Wera tools and this is the only one that I practically never use.

Personally, I would either purchase full size ratchet or dual drive for the same price as this, OR better yet, spend the ~$65 and get the Compakt kit that has the mini ratchet wrench, mini screwdriver, sockets and bits all in one.

Ratcheting is nice, but, aside from the variety of bits, there's a big difference in the handles of the ratcheting Klein verses this Wera and, depending on the task at hand, some might really prefer the chunkier grip of this.

I just had to repair an air conditioner that was mounted too close to a brick wall. My stubby screwdriver was far from useless for that task. For me, a driver, if it fits and the fasteners aren't too tight, is almost always going to be preferable to a ratchet wrench.

From the image in the product listing I think this contains PH1 and PH2, plus the three Torx and one flathead. Which is good, a PH1 is probably going to be more useful than a pozidrive #2 for Americans.

Stubby ratchets and wrenches have their use cases, but stubby screwdrivers are worthless. If you need to get into tight spaces, use a mini ratchet it's much more versatile.

probably least useful wera bit kit. if i remember right wera has three packages. this one has several torx bits and they are just not very useful for vast majority of people.

I got my racheting stubby from Haus of Tools. When I got mine they were $31 and I found a 10% off coupon, so $28 all in (free shipping, no tax). They currently have them for $37 [hausoftools.com].

If you are working in a tight space so your task warrants a stubby, you would probably benefit from ratcheting, for sure.

Or check out these Bacho (Snap-on/Williams owned) stubby sets for around $40 (I think made in Taiwan):

This is only $4 off from amazon's average price therefore not a slickdeal (which by my definition is buy even if you do not need it)
