Good deal - Just keep in mind folks whether you buy new or used HDD it is always a good idea to protect your data by having multiple copies. Me being a computer nerd do all 3 of these below, but you should do at least one (preferably 1 local and 1 remote).

Locally you can do disk to disk backup
Locally you can use RAID and multiple drives
Remotely you can sync your data to a cloud provider like MS OneDrive, Amazon AWS, Google Drive, DropBOx, ect....

Lowest I have ever seen. I just bought one for $84 few weeks ago, and 3 last year at $80 each. One had few bad sectors and was easily replaced by seller. Power on hours between 3 to 4.5 years.

Yup, I keep a backup of my home Nas at my business and a backup copy of my business server at my house. The chances of both locations being destroyed are slim unless the world is ending in which case it won't matter.

As others above pointed out, RAID is more for availability. For just a game/media backup, you'd be better off just getting Backblaze for $8/mo. If you need extra storage, I'd get an enclosure that doesn't do RAID, and also has more bays.
