It has a personalized one-click activation link (no need to type in Last Name, card #, zip code).
My Citi Dividend card's Q3 category is gas station, my Discover's Q3 is grocery and Walmart, and Chase Freedom Q3 is gas/EV/theater+entertainment, so Chase is obviously going after Citi and Discover.
On another note, my Chase Freedom, under Chase Offers, has 4% cashback for eBay (one time, max $200 spent = $8 earned) expires July 12, among other offers like 10% Staples, 10% Panera, 15% Shake Shack, 10% Five Guys, etc. Chase Prime has fewer Chase Offers, but this month seems to be more generous, with the same Staples, Panera, Shake Shack, Five Guys offers.
