If you buy any dlc for Forza Horizon 4, played it in gamepass, and have a non-discounted GPU sub then you can get the full game free when it becomes delisted.

They said in the announcement you had to own it as of 6/25/2024.
Did they confirm if you purchased it later you would still get it?
