Switched from tello. The tello reps bent over backwards trying to help with things even though we were leaving their service.
Infimobile didn't seem to have a clue what was going on. After almost a month of failing to port my number, i called their tech support. Your typical Indian run place with little actual help.
The end result was wasting over a month on the failed port and taking a new number. I almost cancelled the service right then and there.
Since the Porting fiasco everything has worked perfectly. Seems that is the story with infimobile. As long as yoy don't need their tech support, you should be ok.

Visual Voicemail doesn't seem to activate, and notifications for normal voicemail are not consistent (i.e. we got a notification when a VM was left when the phone was on, but a new VM that was left when phone was off never sent a notification).
I've been working with them a couple of days, at first they said they needed to activate VVM on their end and it would be 24 hours, but 3 days later it still isn't working despite them telling me they have "confirmation it was active.
I'll report back if they get it working, but if you are dependent on VVM or just VM in general, you might have issues.
12 months 15GB service $150
- 20% (-$30)
+ tax ($7.80)
+ shipping ($4.00)
TOTAL $131.80
Will I be able to port out the number while I'm still on the plan, since it's prepaid for a whole year.
In case a better deal comes along that requires me to bring more than a single number.
If I do port the number out, will I get a new one for the remaining time?

In the past, how long do companies like this stick around? 6 months? 18 months? What part of the scam timeline are we currently in? I think it's some Indian company, or Indian-connection, so I don't think there's going to be much consequence.
i think they've offered 6 months for about the same monthly cost before, fwiw
Notice the first two lines , 4g and 5g bands for each region.
Those are for all carriers in that region, but you'll want to check with each carrier which 4g and 5g bands are currently in use.
2. https://www.droid-life.com/2022/0...t-tmobile/
This is a quick unofficial usa chart
3. Gsmarena "phone finder" and check the boxes for the common frequencies used by the carriers you want.
Not every band needs to be supported.
E.g. If you have a phone for use on t-mobile usa, you don't need 4g bands 2, 4, 12, etc. Usually, only the major bands like 2 is all you'll need for passing coverage, not great coverage.
4. No phone on the planet supports Everything.
5. Typically, when you see a phone with dozens and dozens of bands in gsmarena.com specs, that's a good one to look at closer. A dozen or fewer, pass.

Eg poor https://m.gsmarena.com/t_mobile_r...-11938.php
6. Samsung Galaxies, iPhones, Xperias are some that support more bands.
