Dewalt made a great saw, but it commands a large footprint. If thats a concern look into a saw with the sliding bars in front not in the back like this one.

I just bought a 12" duel bevel on sale and I upgraded from my cheap 10" on that stand. I will say while fine, I wish I stuck with just getting a better 10" just so it's a bit lighter. The amount of times I need that extra is so minimal and either a circular saw I can make a straight cut and if I need an angle break out the table saw
