I'm also wondering that. I tried some from Harbor Freight 20+ years ago and they were junk, but my dad brought home some Harbor Freight ones the other day and they were good to go. If these work properly, that's a nice good selection for the money; and I've used every style of plier in that set regularly, it's not a bunch of filler that'll just take up drawer space.
