I literally just retro-actively price matched this deal through their customer service.
It was an actual person responding within minutes of my emails.
I'm using it with 13700k and 4090, all air cooling, on my desk, about 3 feet away from me. I can definitely hear the fans if the system is working heavily, such as rendering vidoe or AI computing. But for anything under light workload, it is silent.

*Update* Avoid B&H if you want customer service and/or return something.

I don't have this, but I've had Fractal cases in the past and I'm in love with them. Excellent construction, well made, and awesome. Pretty much all you need to do is pick what looks good to you or whatever size you want. Fractal is a great brand.
Pretty dang quiet, but in fairness I use noctua fans and keep them tuned pretty low.
I do find that, in general, hard side panels (like glass) are quieter than mesh. But they suck if the front, rear, and top don't have good airflow options.
I got 2x 140mm in front, and 2 more up top, plus an extra 120 in rear.
Absolutely love this case, favorite one I've ever owned. Plus it matches noctua brown and tan perfectly!
