Um....yeeeeeahhhhh, no. I have those harborfreight one's.... they are very limited. If something isn't on it just right it will slip off and drop. It will hold pliers but if you move it just wrong and it stops contacting both rails it will slip and drop. Pliers are the limit anything heavier than that and it won't hold so hammers are out. Harbor freight magnet bars work, but barely and super finicky. Rest assured your tools will drop at the slightest movement like you brushed up against it slightly while taking or returning another tool next to it.

FYI these are great for holding pistols on the wall of your gun safes or any steel mags you might have.

I also have a little space in the front of the safe between the door and the main shelfing in the safe that I stick this on the wall and it holds my shotgun in that space perfectly straight up with the butt on the floor of the safe. Gives me a little more space!

Just get the magnet bars at harbor freight if you have one available. Way cheaper, works great for this purpose.

Those HF magnet bars [harborfreight.com] are $5 each, but they aren't flexible or rubber coated.

I didn't know they had something like this. This is kind of cool for those who like to work on their cars.

Yeah the Harbor freight ones are pretty much for small wrenches, files, punches, screwdrivers etc... I had an idea to use them over head on my tool wall to hold tape measures and while it would hold the tape measure the slightest bump on any would send them all falling down.... didn't end up working out.

But they have a ton of uses. Very solid for the price.

Anybody know if the Performance Tool logo can be removed or if it's reversible so that the only side showing is all black? Thanks.

Watch the sales, you can usually get them either free or 99 cents at HF. I have 5 or 6 and did not pay over 99 cents them.

HF is garbage. For a few bucks more, you can always find a better version of anything they sell.

I use two of the HF side by side for my EDC pocket knives. They just barely get the job done. Any slight touch sends a knife to the floor. One would not work at all.
