From all my research into it, I believe this is a basic smart watch with no on-board GPS or music storage.

In a way, I love and miss my bip. No frills, everything I needed it to do, stupidly long battery life, even when it was old and decrepit. 10/10 would go back again if I didn't have current watches.

for those that are curious, this does _not_ have access to the amazfit app store -- that said, it's still a great watch for the price for basic features and great battery life

Truly no frills but gets the job done like the Pebble. I use it for sleep tracking, steps tracking, notifications, timers, and alarms everyday.

The only thing I wish it had is the always on display cuz it takes a few seconds for tilt to wake or you can press the side button.

My Fitbit Versa 2 just died, does this do everting that did, and more? Worth spending more and getting a newer model? I mostly use for step counting, sleep tracking, and to read messages/notifications. No fancy gps tracking or anything like that. This worthy?

I've previously bought two of these for family members as well as the TRex and I have the TRex Pro. Love these watches. Over 2 years now with no issues and the batteries still last for a really long time each charge.

I can't really find any info about this watch. Can this be used as a basic running watch that will just show me gps-based distance and pace? I have a very old garmin forerunner 210 that finally just died. I only want a watch for when I am running, not for the rest of the day. Will this work ok for my purpose?

Thanks. I guess I was getting it confused with the "Pro" model of the same watch, which does seem to have GPS.

Looks like this is the normal Bip 3, Urban just sort of confuses things to not sure which model this is. Anyone think the Bip 3 Pro is worthy over the Bip 3? Seems like its the exact same, other than the fact that the Bip 3 Pro has satellite functionality, where this deal/Bip 3 does not.

I HIGHLY recommend getting the GTS 2e instead of this. it has a higher res OLED display, better performance, and some other feature benefits. I initially bought a bip 3, but I returned it because I hated the display and build quality
