Trying to trade in a watch 4 for a 40mm wifi/bt 7. Before checking out, it's$75, then after putting in my info and checking out it jumps to $132.48. What am I missing? Also no option for store pickup and I have a best buy local.

Thanks, trading my Watch5 Pro for a 7 44mm with fabric and athleisure bands for $24. More RAM, double the storage, and better processor with the slight trade-off of battery size seems like a no-brainer.

hmm, about $105 tax included for the LTE version with gw6 40mm trade in. Not too bad, but too much money for an upgrade (I upgraded from gw5 to gw6 when it was less than $50 otd, not counting cb and selling extra band, easy mm). I'll wait for a better deal down the line.

You don't use the promo in the app. Promo is only for buying using a browser. The app auto applies a $50 discount which is the same amount as the promo. The benefit of going through a browser is you can also use a CB site to get money back on your purchase.

I was having the same issue for shipping in KY. I kept emptying cart and starting over. Tried doing it with a 44mm and then it started working, so deleted that out of my cart and tried the 40mm again and it was working right. Idk what I did, but eventually started working. If not, sounds like customer chat is an option

I'm on the shop app trying to pre-order and when i get to the end the continue button is greyed out and I can't do anything, anyone else get this? I opened a live chat so let's see...

Trading in a Watch 4 for 44mm BT\Wifi 7, $105 with $50 discount. EPP discount didn't seem to stick in the app. Maybe I should've tried the browser. It's giving me 2 Athleisure bands with the order though.

Changed the price in the middle of check out - added the $50 back on saying my organization doesn't participate.

Samsung is such a nightmare to deal with. Good deal though if they honor it, and a way to get something for a watch I've worn maybe twice.
