CS said tak the compensation or refund. No way for them to send me the bands.
Don't even bother using their Chat support. Customer support transferred me to warranty support and warranty support transferred me BACK to customer support. I had to call and explain for 10 minutes...
so now waiting patiently and refreshing samsung website to change my status to delivered to call them and explain again.

My dad has the Watch 6.
I would trade in for the Watch 7 Ultra 47mm.
He would trade in for the Watch 7 44mm.
I am seeing $249 for my Watch 7 Ultra and $129 for my dad's Watch 7 trade in..... What am I doing wrong?

Like others pointed out, document your return watch is in good working condition - take pics of it before boxing it up
So in your case since you selected a 44 mm watch size but wanted a S/M band then it shows it as a line up because my assumption is that when Samsung packages the watch that extra line item is a reminder to replace the default M/L band with a S/M band. So like if you order a 44 mm watch with a M/L band then it doesn't need that extra band line item since the default package comes with a M/L band if this makes sense.
In my case since its not coming until mid August by then it should restock and there should be zero excuses to not have a default band of your own choice.
