Customer service couldn't understand why no matter what we did my "free" band kept defaulting to the S/M fabric "pink" band.
Well SDers I got my order today. The watch and the S/M fabric "pink" band came sealed together in the same box! The L/M sport band I chose was in a completely separate box.
I couldn't change the "free" band because it came as a package with the watch!

CS said tak the compensation or refund. No way for them to send me the bands.
Don't even bother using their Chat support. Customer support transferred me to warranty support and warranty support transferred me BACK to customer support. I had to call and explain for 10 minutes...
so now waiting patiently and refreshing samsung website to change my status to delivered to call them and explain again.

Going to wait a few until they fix the Galaxy Buds Pro 3 issues but I may end up with those.
It seems like the default combinations with same color watch/Sport band are causing issues with the POS system that people will need to follow up on their orders on.
