Seems you have to be careful removing the ear tips as they can break. There are some vidieos out there showing how to do it Airpod style (turn them inside out before pulling away from earbud)
And also mine just shipped, ETA tomorrow. So hopefully we start seeing them arriving sooner than expected !

and about half the features are not available to iPhone users.
luckily the important features like audio, transparency/pass thru audio work.
features like controlling lighting, find my earbuds, are not available.
I'm considering returning my earbuds, and I will have to buy airpods come black friday.

These particular model did not have a power brick when shipped. I sent back everything it came with originally.
