Spoke to support via chat and tried to exchange it as I wanted to get the Peakform band instead but they said it wasn't possible as it's a bundle order so I'd have to return everything and re-order, which I don't think would work anyway as I couldn't select the band on checkout.
You might have better luck. Not sure how much flexibility support reps have though presumably they could do it if they really wanted to.
It's very well made and feels good on the wrist. The marine band is comfortable, the trail band is not. My wrist circumference is 6.25", I wish they made a small / medium band so the end of the band doesn't look ridiculous wrapped around and protruding from outside surface. To me the watch has an retro look in that the body is larger than it needs to be for no reason since I'm coming from the classic 6.
Although the processor is a big improvement from the classic 6 and interactions are much more responsive, the GPS acquires location faster, and the screen is brighter, I'm likely going to return this instead of trading in the Classic 6 since the Classic 6 fits better with the D-buckle band wrapping under the front. If the band fit better which is very wrist size specific, the ultra would have been a win for me.
If anyone with a 6.25" wrist or has a wrist on the smaller side and has a solution for the band, please share.
