Baseus has a recall call on their iPhone chargers. I'm trying to return mine per their instructions and they've rejected me six times. Poor quality control and terrible service.

I just have zero faith/trust in anything battery or electrical after their most recent battery pack recall.

That's the max charging ability for most iPads.
I don't use anything Apple, so that doesn't impact me. My one phone charges at 45W and the other at 80W. So for non-apple people it may seem very slow.

If you read the reviews, if you toss an adaptor on the end then the USB ports charge properly, but those US plugs are now 240 (or whatever) and I believe that's why they claim they're only 110.
This is probably correct. I have a similar, no name product that has 110v- on the specs. I accidentally plugged into a 220V outlet and everything worked OK. When I unplugged, I remembered that it was 110v only.

I didn't try it again, as I was afraid of something happening.

Of course Your mileage may vary.

Same issue! I submitted everything as requested and the claim was rejected. I'd definitely avoid this brand.

Why? Did they bungle it somehow? I didn't follow it closely since it didn't impact products I own ( 2 batteries and 2 chargers).

Personally, I don't expect companies to never make mistakes. The question is how frequently they do it and how it is handled.
They have not handled it well. They asked for information about the chargers and to attach photos. Then you're supposed to dispose for safety. Then they go "oh we actually need a photo of model without the serial from the magnetic side" after they've already told you to toss it.

It's just a tactic to pay out as little as possible.

Also, as far as this goes, I happen to have it without much issue. The power strip randomly will turn off and you'll need to hit the circular button to turn it back on. The switch is not like a rocker switch that stays in - it's more like a solid state switch.

This could be annoying, or this could be a feature, depending on your use case.

I have this. Just used for a week in the hospital with my son. Charged everything. No issues. The ac plugs help a lot too. No overheating. Have faith. Listen to people who own the products, or returned them. Not just hypothetical "I betchas"
