Baseus has a recall call on their iPhone chargers. I'm trying to return mine per their instructions and they've rejected me six times. Poor quality control and terrible service.

I just have zero faith/trust in anything battery or electrical after their most recent battery pack recall.

I have this and it does not put out 20watts. It does charge laptops and cells fine but not as advertised. I did hook a meter up and the max was 15watts. Fyi

That's the max charging ability for most iPads.
iPad Pros and most iPhone's support 30W charging. And this is 20W Max, meaning you're only getting that if nothing else is plugged in.

With 2 USB-C ports and a USB-A, I'd want a 40W minimum, but perferably 60W+.

If you read the reviews, if you toss an adaptor on the end then the USB ports charge properly, but those US plugs are now 240 (or whatever) and I believe that's why they claim they're only 110.
I have this very model and can confirm 220/240V passes through fine to the AC outlets, no issues with using the USB ports either

A travel charger that's 110v only. Pass
Curious why you are calling it a travel charger when it isn't advertised as such.

I use one at home and have never traveled with it. No issues.

I have traveled over the past 2 years using their 100W charger with no issues whatsoever, the one that you can get in another deal for $40. No problems at all. But it's not marketed as a travel charger either.

My experience with this brand has been bad. I bought the same charger but 65W, and a week later, one of the USB-A ports stopped working. So, my recommendation is to stay away from this brand.

The recall is likely just to avoid lawsuits. I followed all their instructions and submitted a claim for the 10000mA version purchased from Amazon last year. But my claim got rejected. The company's customer service is terrible.

Baseus are a disingenuous company. Forced to issue recall but they have zero intent on honoring any returns. I'm filing complaint with the feds who forced the recall.
