Yes. It's worth downgrading CSR to CSP for the trifecta, then using the Ink cards to churn bonuses.
This is a business account which shall be used only for business purposes and not personal, family or household purposes.
How strict is this? I'm not sure I can spend $8000 solely on business-related purchases.
They don't even look at what you buy. Even if they did, anything can be a "business expense".

Better to message or call for match ?
I wasn't pointing you out specifically, just in general that novice and even experienced members seeking easy money dangling like a carrot be careful who they deal with.
Chase doesn't shut people down for normal churning activity. There are thousands of data points on /r/churning of people getting 4+ ink cards a year ever year for the last decade with no shutdowns. Furthermore, if you used someone's referral link/they used yours and they do get actually get shut down, they doesn't affect you. Referrals are completely separate and their potential bad activity can't come back and harm you. No need to spread false information just because you got unrelatedly scammed.
