Edit: Yes, literally changed everything. Even reformatted PC. Used my laptop, still the same effect. Plugged in a different monitor, 0 issues (ironically a Dell monitor).

But if you want to use this monitor for your main computer and use it for reading text for a extend period of time the subpixel layout is a issue and the text clarity will hurt your eyes. OLED needs more advancement in technology to fix this issue. Would recommend IPS for reading text, until OLED tech gets better.
second, the flickering is inherent with OLED. It's not a monitor specific issue, 99 times out of 100 it occurs when the frame rates are wildly unstable. That will happen on any OLED monitor. The solution to that is to drop the refresh rate down to like 120 and/or drop some of the settings down so that the games can stay closer to a locked refresh rate. If you choose to keep the refresh rate at 165 (which you should it is what you paid for!) then dial back some in game settings so you are not getting rapid frame rate fluctuations.
As long as you can dial in the settings such that your games aren't fluctuating in frame rate too much (10-20), flicker should be nonexisted even with VRR enabled.

125% font scale in Windows resolves issues with text legibility, not as a workaround but an actual mitigation for the text rendering issues.
G-SYNC compatible even though it isn't certified.
