I have this. Extremely weak. The stuff that attaches credit cards to mailers is 10x stronger. I wanted to attach fairly light decorations and thought a few of these dots would do the trick. The decoration kept falling off until I literally put a straight line of these dots across the top and across the bottom of the thing I was putting up.

Not very. I used them to anchor a thin magnetic strip on my monitor (so I could display some tiny magnets on it) and within a couple of months the strip had slid off the monitor.

Maybe it can't support something vertically oriented but would do fine on something horizontal like a scrapbook.
