I've had this for a couple of years now. Works great and way cheaper than buying AAs.

Quote from Kabn :
  • Each standard AA eneloop is 1,900mAh minimum, so two are at least 3,800 mAh.
  • Each Pro AA eneloop is 2,450mAh minimum, so two are at least 4,900 mAh.
The mAh ratings don't add when batteries are used in series like they are in a controller, so the actual ratings would be just the 1,900mAh and 2,450mAh, respectively.

That being said, good rechargeable AAs still have more capacity than the linked battery packs, and I'd still recommend going the rechargeable AA route, too. AA batteries are used by so, so many things, it's much more convenient to keep those around and charged than to have proprietary packs sitting around.

Can't complain for $2 with free $10 certificate, just to keep it as spare/backup. I prefer to use rechargeable AA.

Thanks for educating me that on that! I've posted those numbers probably a dozen times without anyone correcting me.

These are amazing. I bought one had I had a XBOX one X. Worked so well that when I bought my first series X I immediately bought this same charger pack. It was $19.99 then. After I bought my series S I did the same thing and grabbed the white version for $14.99 at Bestbuy. Fastforward to last year just after the new year and Wallmart had the Series X for $349.00 bundled with Forza Horizon 5 or Diablo IV. I got the Diablo IV version. Once again I looked up the Insignia dual battery charger and found it was on sale for $9.99 . I bought 2 of them. I still have the battery packs from the Xbox one X version but the charger doesn't fit any other console. Surprisingly the battery packs are still going as strong as they were when I first bought them 3 years ago. These blend well with the console and just look like they belong with it. All the AA batteries I've gotten from buying Xbox controllers have all been repurposed for my various remotes like my Avr. This is a great product and I highly recommend it if you are looking for a cheaper option instead of microsofts single rechargeable option. I can not comment on either piggy backing these or using a usbc cord to charge them. I do not know if either of those 2 things actually work. I personally would not do the stacking. I would be really bummed if I burned out the usb port but.i applaud the ingenuity of those that figured out it could be done at all.
