Would I be able to hook this up to my tplink tapo 210 camera network? The tapos video is good but the volume level is way too quiet. I try to talk with him through the intercom and he can't hear me. I was trying to figure a way to make them louder but I can't find anything to fix it.

No, you have to use the Eufy app. They have much better hardware than tplink. I've been happy with all my indoor and outdoor Eufy cameras. I have the outdoor Floodlight one that has tracking and it's awesome. Going to buy this indoor one.
You didn't miss anything, this thing sucks. Only records in 4K if using one lens/sensor, if you pay for Eufy Cloud, it only records in 2K, list of issues goes on and on.
Stick to their cheaper indoor wired 2K cameras or go with Reolink if you're willing to drop $80+.
I came very close to impulse buying this thing simply because one of my dreams is to install cameras into my Nintendo R.O.B. and have it do motion tracking. This thing looks like an upgraded version of ROB's head, so I could just lop that thing off and drop this in place. lol

How is the volume on it? My dad needs to hear me and the volume on the tapo is too low for him. Have you used the tapo 210 before? Is it louder than that? Thanks!

played with it for a few days and I have no issues with it. the zoom is great and the follow feature is pretty spot on.

I don't use it though. I use the internal storage or microsd without a homebase.
