If you are looking for another brand in the same price range, I've had my Camp Chef for 8+ years with no issues. My dad purchased the newer version Camp Chef about 4 years ago and has had the same luck.

I gave my Camp Chef to my parents a couple years ago and it's still going strong.

I bought a Cuisinart (SD deal) to be able to smoke whole, large turkeys. It's very loud and the low pellet sensor is on constantly. Kinda want to take my Camp Chef back...

I'm sure there are better choices than this Weber EX4 for a pellet grill, but nothing close to this price.

There have obviously been some issues, but reviews in the 4+ out of 5 range tells me there are quite a few owners who are perfectly happy with these.

This is a great smoker. Unlike other pellet smokers, you can actually taste the smoke because of it's open flame design.
