Edited. I thought this was Loratadine at first glance.

Some are more tolerant than others, but these can cause some degree of drowsiness, which might come in handy if you take it before bedtime....but it can sometimes be an issue during the day. The (generally minimal) sedation effect with (some) antihistamines is intended to help calm your allergy symptoms.

Just a reminder, this medicine can be pretty sedating to a lot of people. So please ensure you know how it impacts your sleepiness, if at all before buying it in bulk. In contrast, fexofinadine/Allegra or loratadine/Claritin don't cause sleepiness.

Oops I misidentified this product in an earlier comment; I thought it was Loratadine, which is what I take daily. I've had no drowsiness or other side effects with Loratadine, which is about the same price for a year's supply.

I recently ran out of this brand in the past week and looked it up to buy more. It was essentially an out of stock item, but there were 3rd party sellers at outrageous pricing. Obviously bull$#!+ pricing, but it messes up the stats.

This tends to be more effective than the other allergy meds that you mentioned, and the sedating effect is generally mild. Especially once you build up a tolerance to it.

$11.89 currently for the same quantity (after a $3 coupon which expires on 7/21).
It's likely the same generic (based upon the quantity, which is uncommon).

Go to sameday.costco.com, find the item. Divide the online price by 1.17 to find the in-store price.

I had already specified the online price right above your post.

Cool. Someone was asking what the KS price was in-store. I told them how they can find it. They can use this method to find in-store price of almost any item at Costco.
