It's the only device in my entire house that has this difficulty. Do a Google search and you will find that it is a common problem and complaint with this tablet. In addition Samsung doesn't appear to have a solution for it other than to return it. I'm trading it in for a better, more reliable tablet. You get what you pay for.

wow...

There are also a few Chines tablets that have zero bloatware (unlike Samsung). But I would have to say this is a better deal due to getting updates.

Yeah, seems to be dead. Showing $219.99 for me, even when using the app.

Edit: It came back later, was able to buy for $155.

I had a hell of a time figuring out how to change the delivery option to Store Pickup. The app UI is horrible. First the page reloads itself with a higher total after your payment method/address entry, and the cost breakdown is hidden inside an expansion menu in the bottom bar, so it isn't even clear at first whether it's all tax (weirdly high), or if you lost a discount, or if there was an extra Paypal-usage fee, or what. Eventually I figured out to also edit my delivery address and clear all the fields, which made the "Place Order" button at the bottom of the screen turn into "Save Changes" or something. And Google is no better. I tried to pay with the Google Pay option, I really did. But my most-recently-added card didn't have an associated address yet. Editing the address in the provided UI failed with an error. So I logged into Google Pay's site and edited the card address there. This updated the info in the app when I tried paying again, but it was still missing a phone number, and the Pay website doesn't provide a field for that. There were even fewer options in the Play Store app's settings, or in the Google Wallet app; both just open the Pay website again. In the end I couldn't find a way to add it, and had to pay another way.

So many retries and uninstall/reinstalls before I could place the order. Head Bang

At least the sale didn't end while I was futzing with it.

What's the benefit of paying with Google pay? I just put in my credit card no issues.
