Thanks! Canceled my order for the 3 pack that I got for $200 yesterday. These should play nicely with my Ring Alarm Pro base station.

It does not, only the eero Pro 6E does.

Their 6e tribands didn't perform as well as the 6+, so many prefer these.

I have a large home with an older Orbi mesh router.

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N76QTYB

It has the main router and only one satellite (not two like in my link). I have some issues with one area of my house. Would this be an upgrade?

I have the Eero 3 pack of the wifi 5 version. Just got a wifi 6 modem from Spectrum. I guess it's time to upgrade to these.

I hate the subscription as well, but I just canceled it and set up pihole on a Rasp Pi for the ad blocking.

I saw a video where a youtuber tested all four eero and concluded that the pro 6 (not 6e) performed the best cause of the dual 5ghz 2x2 and 4x4. Even though I got a great deal on my 6 pro, I somewhat regret getting it as eero oversimplified their routers and took a lot of the networking features away, like vlan and as someone mentioned above, other features that are included in other brands of routers are behind a pay wall.

Are these just mesh points? Do I need a base router? Or it will work with the router that came with the ISP]
