Use case? This is a awesome price point. This unit is MUCH lighter than the EFD3. EFDP3 has 240V plug, if that's useful to you. EF3 has more expansion capacity. So, eventually want to do whole house, EFDP3 is much better. The anker with 4KWh should be great for fridge + small electronics. RV / camping, anker clearly better (because more portable). All home backup, EFDP3. For manually plugging stuff into a "big" battery during power outages, this is a good price.
(disclaimer, I've a EF DP2)
I DO NOT KNOW CHECK OTHER TAX INFO but, "batteries 3kWh or larger" qualify for tax credits (30%??) Ecoflow has advertised their batteries count. I don't know if this anker deal with TWO batteries but TOTALLING 4Kwh would count, might want to check.
For whole home backup. I recommend the Delta Pro 1. Get two of them and a smart home panel. You will get 7200w of continuous power with separate MPPT and decent capacity for way cheaper than two Delta Pro 3's

They expansion battery price is too high, $1299 for only 2000Wh is not worth it,,
