no refilling hack? 25 cents is still alot more expensive than 3 cent woodfilled pencils amazonbasics brand from the other day.

Oh I always thought these were one time use, but I guess you can put a new piece of lead in there and screw the other way.

For me I've always lost them before I ever needed a refill!

Loved your product description. I started using these pencils back in the mid 90's. My whole family are hooked on these things. As kids my nephews would always wonder off with one, that's until my sister started buying them. 36 For $8..... Bargain. !

I don't think I ever like this kind of lead pencil! I ended up chewing it to pieces as a kid, now I wonder if it was a symptom of undiagnosed adhd

Stick with BIC. Papermate makes shitty products that aren't long term. Their wooden pencils have the worst erasers and lead breaks easy. This particular lead pencil can't be refilled either. Boycott them

These were my favorite in school because mechanical pencils were banned.

None of my teachers ever noticed I was using these. (They couldn't tolerate the clicking sound kids made with the mechanical pencils)
