I usually don't go the first week a movie releases so I don't really need to book online. I thought this discount would give a small discount given the booking fee. But I just compared this with the Regal app and not only is the booking fee more, the ticket price is as well. Even with this discount, you would be paying more than a normal ticket. And without this discount, at least for Regal, it is better use their own app.
Seems like the only way to come out on top is to stack with the Apple offer.

Same thing happened to me. They locked my account and reset my password twice. I contacted support and they told me to "wait 30 minutes, but no more than 24 hours and place another order with all the same payment info" and it would go through. I waited and tried again, same result. I tried one more
time with a different payment method and it happened again. I ended up resetting my password like 5 times for nothing. Fwiw I've ordered multiple delivery and pickup orders in the last two months with this account - all same info and no issue until today.
