Lots of Reddit nightmare stories about LG partner store delivery and also the Handy installation so, something to be aware of.

I had a pretty good experience with delivery. The delivery window changed on the day of delivery, and the company tracking site displayed a tracking map that was non-functional, but otherwise decent communication/management of delivery. So YMMV and likely varies regionally.

Handy does seem very much like a "do you feel lucky?" proposition, though.

You can do it yourself but its a tad of a pain at 77 inch

Snagged this on top of the 10% SMS sign up for $2700 + tax. Hoping the Amex 6% cash back also kicks in but so far I haven't received any confirmation yet. I was going to wait till Black Friday but this is the same historical price last year for the G3 on Black Friday. Opted for Handy installation so hoping everything will go smoothly.

Do LG Partner stores ever give discounts on 83-inch models? Did they offer any good deals on them ever or on Black Friday last year?

I really want 83 inches, but these 77 inches deals are amazing and very tempting.
