That deal is still working and available, just not for this device. It works on the Book4 series (not Book4 Edge)

Plus and minuses with each. The pro gets hot, has poor battery life and is not as fast as it should be but has replaceable SSD. The edge has a crappy non replaceable eUFS drive but great battery life.

Both only have 16bg of soldered ram Frown

I don't know what you're talking about, but I was just telling you that the Apple Trade-in option is still working and never was for the Edge version.

Reading that post, he says he bought the Book 4 series, nothing about the Edge besides the thread originally being about the Edge. I have never seen it for the Edge as I have been eyeing the Edge for some time and - while I was not checking 24/7 - would have jumped on it immediately if it was available.

It was available about 3 weeks ago. Picked one up. It seems alright so far for the $650ish I paid

It showed up in the OP originally but was the first to die. Wouldn't be surprised if it popped up again though. Don't think these snapdragon x laptops have sold too well

A couple of weeks ago, iPad Mini 2 was the best bang for trade-in for Book 4 Edge.
