It's not bad per se, it's just ARM. Many ARM laptops are now at steep discounts just 2-4 months after launch. It seems they are not selling well. (I wouldn't buy one.) But they are not bad for causal users who want excellent battery life and can live with the compatibility issues (e.g. games, google docs, certain peripherals, who knows what else.) If you just want to watch YouTube, Netflix, check email, browse the web, they are good for that.

laptop is buggy as hell. random reboots into black screen that can only be recovered by factory reset. check the long samsung community and reddit threads. issue was first reported in may
no windows arm64 iso available to do a clean install. windows on arm ecosystem is still in beta

Per M$, "Windows 11 ISOs for Arm64 devices will be made available in the coming weeks."

That's pretty sad considering there are plenty of Linux distros with an ARM64 ISO which have been available for years in many cases.
