But since this is an Intel 14th gen i9, maybe the chip will chemically degrade itself in a few months and remove the bottleneck automatically.

On the same website there is an option to change from "General Task" to "Graphic Card Intense Task". If you choose this option and keep the same parameters as your link, the result is 26.2% graphic card bottleneck.
