Coincidently, I JUST looked up the order today so I could find their contact information. I was surprised to see they were still an active seller on Amazon and even have a facebook page and a real website.
I sent them a message to see if they would honor the warranty (it says one year) even though I am 6 months out of the time frame. Judging by the size of the handle , I would guess they have one of those 18650 or similar type battery, but I cannot figure out how to easily open it to replace it..
I am hoping they come back with something promising, and I guess 1.5 years for less than $10 is as good as we are going to get anymore.
With that said, I liked the toothbrush just fine, and this is my only quibble with it (albeit a big one lol ).
