You can activate phone #1 to have the bundled 1-yr and units loaded to it. Then activate phone #2 WITH A TRANSFER from phone #1; service on phone #1 (phone number, 1-yr, units) get transferred to phone #2, then the bundled 1-yr and units for phone #2 get added on top, giving phone #2 two years of service and 2x the units.

If you're currently using a phone on TF, your can activate phone #1 WITH A TRANFER from your current phone to have your current phone number, days, units transferred to phone #1, then the bundled 1-yr and units for phone #1 get added on top. Then activate phone #2 with a transfer from phone #1. After that, if you prefer to use your current phone, re-activate your current phone with a transfer from phone #2. Smart existing TF users do that all the time to "harvest" cheap service days and units from those HSN/QVC bundles.

Folks, just so you're aware...

The service plan is 1500 text, 1500 minutes, 1.5gb data -- for the *entire year*. Not per month. That's about 4 minutes of talk time per day.

It's an extremely minimal and restrictive cellular plan, one that you could even call insultingly low - especially if you're used to cellular plans in modernized nations (aka, ones outside the the USA). It's not for everyone, and make sure it fits your use case.

No need to be insulted - for many people (for example, those who use less than 4 minutes of phone talk per day) paying $2 (and sometimes less) per month for a phone service which includes a new smartphone every year is a very good deal.

I had the opposite problem.
I sometimes would change phones if one cracked the screen, or I wanted to go back to an older phone.
The previous phones were always there. But this time I tried to do so, recently, and everything was gone. I used the chat, as I thought maybe the option had moved somewhere, but no, all my inactive phones were gone, and the chat person said I could not longer use the sim from the older once active phone, and had to get a new sim.
So my habit of exchanging phones are not longer something easy to do.
Not sure if there was some new policy, or if somehow a glitch wiped out my inactive phones out.
How long these phones remained on your account while at the same time being INACTIVE?
I had mine removed and the account supposedly deleted ONLY to resurface gain when I activated a new phone device.

so if I understand this correctly, to take max advantage of this offer is to have someone invite me to TF so I get bonus minutes, before I activate the phones? Could someone explain a little bit? Never used TF before and would like to stock up on minutes if I can, thanks
The referal points is done with a code from the refering party and when you join the rewards program within 10 days ( must verify this could be 14) after the new line activation.

What is the model/variant of this phone? I'd like to use it on ATT/Cricket if possible.

If you transferred service recently, did you do it on website or on mobile app?
Which Browser you used for transfer?

I'd prefer website, but it looks like website is simply not maintained: people say balance check not working for a month, chat is broken (besides a few minutes).
Trying to avoid a hassle with service transfer.
Thanks
I always use the website to transfer service. I use the Chrome browser.

I did have to change my PW recently though because the website stopped working for me. After I changed my PW, everything worked fine (except I think Tracfone removed most of my inactive phones on my account).

How long were your phones inactive? My very old inactive (2-3 yrs?) phones, except one, were removed this spring. The one remaining was removed last month, about a year after it was last active. So, I surmise TF is ageing out inactive phones now. I have one active phone still on the account. Just one user's observation.
I believe my account had quite a few phones that were 2,3 or 4 years inactive in it. Tracfone removed those from my account sometime this year.

Need only one. The one they have doesn't meet the $60 threshold to get $30 off.

This did not work unfortunately. I even tried adding $3 in donations but I guess it doesn't count as an item or product.

"A minimum purchase of $60.00 USD, excluding shipping, handling, and applicable tax, is required. The promo code is not transferable."

**EDIT**

I added a cheap and useless item for $5 (https://www.qvc.com/prepology-set...tml?sc=CRT) and the "WELCOME30" code worked. It came up to $44 with one single phone. My total for the 2 phones is $54. I think it's worth it to get the extra phone for $10 more.

QVC is acting heavy handed with regards to these "new customer" discount codes. QVC has a so-called ''Customer Verification Team'' that checks orders that use these codes to determine if the customer is indeed "new". If the process flags a transaction the order will be cancelled. If a customer who previously used one of these codes creates another QVC account to reuse the code that account will be flagged and closed by the verification team. QVC is really strict.

You also get an extra year of service.
