Noob question: I bought this for my 2015 Acura TLX (700 CCA) but it doesn't seem to be able to jump my car when the battery was weak. I charge my Noco monthly. I used it according to the instructions and saw the proper linking lights.
Did I get the wrong size?

I have this (paid about the same) and it's worked great for me, but I want another one for my girlfriend's vehicle and I think I'm going to hold out for the GBX45 or other model with USB-C. I'm just about rid of micro-USB stuff and it's becoming an increasing hassle.

If you battery is totally or nearly dead you need a higher power until in my experience.

Did you use press the boost/manual override button? Some of these jump packs require you to use it on low battery charge state. That's what I have to do with my gooloo brand but it hasn't failed to jump yet.

If you have a completely dead battery you should repair it by desulfurizing it first https://www.amazon.com/battery-de...desulfator

Same here, have the exact same model, GB40, can not jump start my 2014 Honda pilot, which is 3.5L(They state that it works for 6L)

I have a NOCO personally and sometimes yes you do have to hit the override button if your battery is really weak. Make sure you have good connections as well, that can really make the difference

I think I did. In my desperation I tried all buttons but nothing worked. I will remember this for the next time.

I have this. I've been using it monthly. Every time I used it, I waited until the light turns solid green before removing it.
It probably prolonged my battery life by 3-4 months past it's 36 months warranty.
