Anyone own this?
Claims .7 inch thick, but that sounded really thin to me so I Google NEMA 5-15P plug standard length and the ground can be up to .84in long..?
So how all electrical plugs fully plug in is confusing...

at $50 I'm not tempted anyway

the AC outlets "popup" slightly to extend themselves. multiple reviews mention that failing. photo shows one working and one broken 🤡. sketchy. I foresee a recall lol

I have this and both sides do indeed pop up so there is no gap. Perhaps the unit in the picture is defective? I have this for over a year and use it as my main travel adapter (even international) for all my devices (laptop, tablet, phone, and various mobile accessories). It works well. I would recommend it.

All you have to do is watch the video to see the outlets pop out to cover the prongs of the plug

Looked at the reviews because this seemed weird to me as well, it appears they don't plug all the way in which seems super unsafe.

seems like its supposed to pop out to cover the pins but not sure why it didn't do it on both sides?

I've had this for like a year. It works pretty good. No failures so far. I like it. But maybe others have problems.

This seems good price as this 100W is only $4 more than the 67W version, but on the other hand I like the smaller size of the 67W one, can't make up my mind.....

I own the 140w version of this that has an LCD screen (paid $99) and it has worked really well. It is very thin, and yes, the outlets pop up when you plug something in to cover the prongs of the plug. Great for travel and mine has a very long cord, which actually takes up more space than the unit itself. If you are a traveler with fairly limited space, this is a great option.

both pop out for me. that unit looks defective.

TBH i've had to replace 4 different anker devices in the past 3 months. quality is going downhill i think.

That specific review says the mechanism broke for one side, rendering it pretty useless for a coord that requires and outlet.

Too much risk to take just for having thinness. Easy pass.

I've been using this for travel for nearly two years (paid $72). I like it so far, and no issues. My only real concern is the non-standard plug. It would also be nice for the price if it had wireless charging. There weren't many options for 100w charging when I bought it though. Even with the price cut, I wouldn't be surprised if there are better (or at least cheaper and comparable) options now.

I have one of these chargers. I have no issue with the plugs not popping out. However you can't just shove them in crooked like that picture shows. You have to push them in flat.

When you plug something in, the socket pops up out of the enclosure to cover the difference. Prongs aren't exposed and I haven't been nervous about using it.
