The better deal here is to buy 2 of the 30 pack on the same product page. Then you get the rebate and amazon credit mentioned by OP. I don't have time to do the exact math right now, but the rolls are bigger and 2 of the 30 count equals 306 regular rolls.

Where is the $5 rebate? Costco is preferred, since we don't have to buy 3

That's been my experience. When Costco was out of stock during the pandemic, we had to purchase at other stores and even though it was the same brand and same verson (ultra soft), the rolls were cut narrower than what Costco sells. I still see the narrower width being offered at other stores like Walmart and Target. I notice Amazon is not proividing the sheet size on their post of this deal... makes me think they're also selling the narrower version and want people to focus only on the sheet count and not the total sq inches.

Did a search on the reviews page, and at least according to that, the Amazon sheets are only 1/2'' narrower. So not much really.

Does anybody know what happens if you use the P&G credit on something, but then return that item? I just bought a paint scraper that I'm not sure I"m going to keep and realized that the P&G credit went towards the payment. If I return the scraper, will I get amazon credit?

I'm not certain what brand toilet paper, but I noticed recently a pack of paper rolls I've been using seems like its quite separated into 2 plys. Is that a common issue of TP packages stored in hot humid environments?

It's sad that they're doing this with TP now (different widths) to make it harder to compare prices. Reminds me of the mattress sellers each having their own model names so you can't price match or compare.

Well I just found out that the 30 roll UPC doesn't show up in the rebate dropdown UPC field. Only the 24 pack UPC shows up. So cant even file the rebate. If the UPC did show up then it would not have been issue since the invoice has no mention of amazon credit. It shows a final price paid of $54 and change which would have qualified for the rebate.
