I kept eyeballing these for $75 on Amazon, but just couldn't justify getting 4 of them (I have one already and know for certain I can use only 2 more). But Best Buy sent me $5 though, so I just pulled the trigger. Thanks OP!

ps. If you use the $5 credit at BB, you cannot use apple pay if that matters to you

I had been thinking about getting these and BB had a promo for me so I went and pulled the trigger. Never used them before but figured it's worth the buy 3 get 1 free mentality.

Thanks. Since WM is out of stock, I ordered from BB, and surprisingly I can apply the $5 BB credit. Sweet deal. Thanks OP!

Yup, I also use it to see when my bag is off the plane and heading to baggage claim

Coming home on a United flight from London to DC, we were connecting and because of that CrowdStrike outage baggage claim was a mess, no one knew were bags were and it took about 45 minutes to claim luggage prior to rechecking it - the baggage agents were roaming around scanning the baggage tags we had to tell many of us our bags were still in London, including ours, and to go on to catch our connection and they would mail the luggage to us.. but the AirTag told us both our pieces made it and were just beyond the wall on the tarmac still, so we continued to wait and they eventually appeared on the belt!

Wish Google would release their own version of these that will communicate to their network with any Android device the way Airtags do with any capable Apple device.

Just FYI.... These are no longer good anti theft devices due to new Apple settings. Had a back pack stolen from my truck recently. The problem is Apple sends a notification to the thiefs that a tag is following the criminal's phone.

Yes this feature is helpful for anti tracking and stocking. However, Apple now informs the criminals and it's fast.

Yes good for finding lost devices. Absolutely useless in a theft situation. Apple screwed up this functionality completely.

So good for certain functions useless for others.

Also my son had one in wallet and was on a recent trip. Everyone on the bus kept getting notifications the whole tour.

Apple sucks. Sorry not sorry fanboys and girls.

Thank you for pointing those out. I need to find out if they pass the signal of the Tag through an Android phone even if that phone doesn't have the Find My Device app installed.
