ADB Appcontrol is probably the easiest solution for people unfamiliar with adb. It provides you with step by step instructions and a GUI, so you don't have to do everything by command line. https://adbappcontrol.com/en/

Just run the debloat wizard and it'll give you recommendations on what to disable.
Watch out on unintended consequences of this deal! I tried using the steps outlined and had to call to find out why I was ineligible.

I called and they got me the deal but I think i no longer get free Amazon Prime as a long time Metro account holder. They messed with my account to make me eligible and in hindsight I'd rather get Amazon Prime for free than an unneeded tablet for $20.

Yes. It went back up in price for a while, thus the deal was expired. Now it is back at $20.

Anyone who was locked out last time for ordering too many is able to make a new account and order these? I really don't want to make a new voice line and find out I'm still banned. Lol

I ordered plenty the last deal, and I just ordered one earlier this morning that successfully went through. I still had to do the "verify identity" questions, but I used the same credit card and address as last time.

Jeez metro pricing has gone pretty crazy over these last few months.

And that BS unlock policy...really hard to justify spending money on them anymore.

Besides those who actually use the service as their main provider (and benefit from these deals), the only "little" plus I see from buying from Metro is Apple Trade ins.
