ADB Appcontrol is probably the easiest solution for people unfamiliar with adb. It provides you with step by step instructions and a GUI, so you don't have to do everything by command line. https://adbappcontrol.com/en/

Just run the debloat wizard and it'll give you recommendations on what to disable.

Watch out on unintended consequences of this deal! I tried using the steps outlined and had to call to find out why I was ineligible.

I called and they got me the deal but I think i no longer get free Amazon Prime as a long time Metro account holder. They messed with my account to make me eligible and in hindsight I'd rather get Amazon Prime for free than an unneeded tablet for $20.

60 day unlock may be limited to postpaid. Prepaid is probably going to still be at 365 days.

Last I heard it's still in the comment period and the final rule hasn't been issued, so things could change.

This is a really nice tablet for 20 bucks. I've had one for quite a while and use it mostly to stream video. Of course, its not even close to the Galaxy Tab S series, but it works and looks great. It has a much better screen than the Revvl tablet by metro (have that one too).
