How many lines could be in my account with this tablet? Max 5 lines including tablet?
Not sure of the exact limit, but last time I had 8 or 9 (don't remember exactly); only one of those was a phone line and the rest were these tablets.

Note: You can only have one order pending at one time (either phone or tablet). But once the product ships, you can activate it right away (even though you haven't physically receive it yet), and then order another. At least that is what I did the last time the deal was on; it could have changed.

Sorry, Metro only. If there is any consolation, if you do sign up for a Metro line, you'll be eligible for T-Mobile "Tuesdays." (I realize this isn't a big incentive though).

Yes, this tablet is dirt slow. But Best Buy Trade in was $110 during the first deal. Some were probably buying for $$

I know this a weird quest but how does this compare to the Fire Max 11? i currently have it with the google play store added. Is this an upgrade downgrade or side grade or should i just wait until something better comes up this holiday season.

The cpu is actually quite good and fast enough for everyday usage for browser and media consumption.
The only limit is 4gb ram, but if you don't do extensive multi tasking, it is enough with another 4gb virtual ram.

I am using one mainly for browsing and video consumption, and I can keep 90+ tabs open in browser without slow down.

I just paid $30 and added BYOD plan with eSim. Immediately tried to add a tablet line to get this free and I'm getting a message that I'm not eligible.

Any idea how to become eligible? TIA
I did the same thing last time around and ran into the same issue. It doesn't say so, but apparently you're not eligible if you're on the cheapest plan.

Don't worry though. You can call customer service and tell them what's going on. They have a way of temporarily upgrading you to the higher plan, placing the order for you, then reverting you to the original cheaper plan. Not every rep did it, but most of them did.

That's because Samsung software is filled with bloatware, telemetry, and redundant apps

You can adb and uninstall like 100 unnecessary sys apps and it will move much faster
Can you walk me through (or direct me to) how to do this? I don't know what "can adb" means.

Watch out on unintended consequences of this deal! I tried using the steps outlined and had to call to find out why I was ineligible.

I called and they got me the deal but I think i no longer get free Amazon Prime as a long time Metro account holder. They messed with my account to make me eligible and in hindsight I'd rather get Amazon Prime for free than an unneeded tablet for $20.
