Just run the debloat wizard and it'll give you recommendations on what to disable.
I called and they got me the deal but I think i no longer get free Amazon Prime as a long time Metro account holder. They messed with my account to make me eligible and in hindsight I'd rather get Amazon Prime for free than an unneeded tablet for $20.

The only limit is 4gb ram, but if you don't do extensive multi tasking, it is enough with another 4gb virtual ram.
I am using one mainly for browsing and video consumption, and I can keep 90+ tabs open in browser without slow down.
Any idea how to become eligible? TIA
Don't worry though. You can call customer service and tell them what's going on. They have a way of temporarily upgrading you to the higher plan, placing the order for you, then reverting you to the original cheaper plan. Not every rep did it, but most of them did.
You can adb and uninstall like 100 unnecessary sys apps and it will move much faster
