Did you order two online, and two more by calling in? What number did you call?
If you manage to get it right, you can do more than 2 online.
Especially try different shipping address (even adding apt# etc) and different cc number.

That didn't work for me, unfortunately.

Just called to order. My credit card was denied twice; then I tried another card (Privacy virtual card). It was denied the first time, and then when the rep put the billing and shipping address manually (as opposed to checking the box "billing and shipping" address are the same), it finally went through. This is the fourth tablet I ordered; I have one voice line that I signed up for intially ($40 plan).
Just got off the phone. No luck. Tried two different credit cards with the agent, and the end result is the same. The payment keeps getting rejected. And this happens even with manually entering the shipping and billing addresses. On my credit cards' pending charges, I see $20 and -$20 charges. So the charge is successful, but then their payment system reverses it immediately.

Looks like the agents don't have access to any special systems. They are pretty much doing what you can do yourself online. If you can't make the transaction go through, they won't be able to either.

All this points to my account or address being flagged, which is resulting in the two tab limit. I ordered one additional tab in May with a BYOD line, and no phones this year except for the Edge 2024 I currently have on my active line, so it's not like I ordered a ton of phones or tablets.

Tried to order the 2nd one but failed. Do billing and shipping address have to be identical? Thanks.

After signing up with a BYOD phone, I ordered 3 tablets online (with the same credit card) and then one over the phone (with a virtual credit card).

It seems like they really have tightened up their restrictions now. I will keep trying, but I won't be surprised if I can't order anymore. Will keep you updated.

Not sure that this will make a difference or not, but some have said in the past that it may help to order from the phone that uses metro, using data not wi-fi.

Changed cc, but same address. Tried different address in the past. I have a feeling nothing will work. I called and had a rep try to order one. And even they couldn't get the order through and were confused.
