Just run the debloat wizard and it'll give you recommendations on what to disable.
I called and they got me the deal but I think i no longer get free Amazon Prime as a long time Metro account holder. They messed with my account to make me eligible and in hindsight I'd rather get Amazon Prime for free than an unneeded tablet for $20.

I had to do the trick over the phone where they would temporarily change my rate plan so I could add a tablet line. They were supposed to change it back, but apparently forgot (or on purpose maybe? bigger bonus?)
Which left an outstanding charge on my account, which immediately caused it to be suspended.
A quick call should get it straightened out, right?
Nope, this garbage company will not allow you to speak to an agent if you have an outstanding balance.
No way, no how, I have tried every way to talk to a human, even chat, and they refuse.
My only option is to pay off the balance and then hope to get a refund after explaining the situation. F that.
No deal is worth putting up with this company's nonsense
The $20 is not used until the tablet line is activated.
Actually if you never activate the tablet line, the $20 will be applied to your account as $20 credits and reduce your bill for next month by $20.
If you don't care about unlocking the tablet and using the tablet line service, you can actually use the $20 towards your phone bill on the same account and save $20, and the tablet is 100% free and you don't even pay extra for its monthly fee as soon as you don't activate the tablet line and you also use metro's phone service on the same account.
The $20 tablet line fee is also prorated. If you activate the tablet right in the middle of your billing cycle, $10 will be used for the current billing cycle and the rest $10 will be applied to next billing cycle as credits.

Metro seems to be on the way of going out of business as it has changed its plans price/features structure to be on the very expensive side and non-competitive with other MVNNOs.
Also, it no longer has a retention dept as it was deleted with just the overseas customer service now that has no power to offer retention deals/plans.
This is not a company that wants to retain customers.
After closing all the Metro Corporate stores last year, Metro online may be next.
It looks as if the T-Mo recently acquired Mint will replace Metro as the T-Mo MVNO.

Yes, it was very glitchy especially trying to get the fourth tablet on the account.
