What happens after 3 months? Is this price locked in forever or goes back to $90 after the 3 months?

I got this deal last month and I use the SIM for my tablet I use at work. I could use work's WIFI but I don't need them all in my business. MINT meets my needs for the tablet using a VPN the speeds maximize (I am guessing it is throttled after so many GB?). I have no complaints so far. It goes to regular price after 3 months.

Is it possible to buy 2 of these kits and use the 2nd one after 3 months ends? I have a $45 statement credit on $90 spend (Amex).

You have to pay for 12 months in advance to keep the $15 rate, otherwise it's like $75 for 3 months or $30 a month per month.

If there is not an activation time period like 45 days from purchase then yes, and you will need to activate each as a new phone number, not ported. Use the first card up then activate second with a new number. This ONLY applies to purchases from the mint website but maybe another member can chime in and confirm whether or not the card must be activated within 45 days or not

If you purchase directly from Mint, you can use a referral to earn $15 towards your next renewal. Then you can refer others for some additional credit!

I switch between mint and visible and other carrier promos but my go to monthly cheap unlimited is mint mobile =D.

I'm on visible right now and may switch in 1-2 months.

It's OBVIOUSLY for new customers. No company offers promos like this for existing customers. Too bad you just don't port your real number to google voice and then use and abuse promos like this all you want.

I've used the best buy ones as late as a year later without issue.

The only times I purchase from Mint Mobile directly are for promo's like the amex one you mentioned or if Mint is running it's Buy 3 get 3 promotion which typically comes out in November/December timeframe. The Mint ones will not work after 45 days so find a friend who wants one if you buy two to get the promo credit. (Sell on craigslist?)

Don't you get tired of switching/porting your number so often just to save a bit?

Visible is just $20/m for unlimited. If their service works for you (it doesn't for me!) just stick to them.

I got this offer last week. The signal is so bad that i have to come out of any store to make a call. I hardly see 2 bars in most of the areas.
