I've used my small Arcane everyday for the last 3 years. Never once had the zipper jam. There isn't a single stitch frayed or out of place. The water bottle holder has held it's elastic. Great size that prevents me from carrying everything rather than what I need. Would recommend you buy a darker color if you intend to keep it forever as my bright yellow bag has been stained over the years.

Not many sierra stores I can see. That being said I can't imaging being disappointed in this bag for $40-60. It's easily worth more than that.

Pretty sure he/she is talking about the Stowaway that frequently makes front page for $20. It's a packable bag and I wouldn't put anything heavy in it. It's more of an emergency/backup bag. At $50 for 20L Osprey it's a steal. This bag will last you many more years.

I have the 20L and it is basically as large as you can get and still fit in the Frontier personal item sizer. It can be a tight fit if you overstuff it, but it works. Most other airlines don't care if go larger, but Frontier sometimes sizes bags
