How is this shilled? Even if you don't like this brand, which is an opinion you are entitled to, can you find a lower price on these? I never know what people will like or not like, so I try to post what I think are great items, from great stores, for a great price.

These run really small. I have to size 1.5 up. It didnt look proportionate so i returned.

It's true that Sorel went from being outdoor gear to fashionwear after Columbia bought it and moved production from Canada to China. I had a pair of Sorel boots from after the takeover and they were great for a couple of years until the rubber crumbled and the sole came apart from the upper. From what I've read, many people have had these problems with newer Sorel boots. And yes, the old Sorels, made in Canada, could easily last for decades. Not these. As for being a shill post, I disagree. It is a good price for these fashionwear boots that won't have a long lifespan. I'm attaching my photos of the Sorel Conquest boots that I made a warranty claim for in 2018.

Wet suit and swim suit aren't waterproof (unless you mean a dry suit), and coats should have a flap to cover the zipper if they are significantly waterproof.

If these are actually waterproof I assume the zipper is an exception. Meaning they are waterproof for rain, not submersion. In my experience, that's the case for most shoes sold as "waterproof".

Had the same problem with a hardly worn pair of Sorels - tops were beautiful still, and the soles were absolutely garbage that cracked and fell completely apart. I swore I'd never buy a pair again, but at $40 shipped I will give these a try, knowing they will only last a few years at best.
