Nah, it was always about conservatives/Republicans. Primarily the rich & powerful ones within corporate America, but the last few seasons started touching more on the average American conservative.

And no, I'm not getting political on Slickdeals. Simply an observation.

It was satire about conservatives from the start. They just started incorporating current events in later seasons.

Yep, people here saying that the show became "woke" are likely right-wingers who clearly didn't get the message that this show was anti-fascist and was making fun of right-wingers from the very start.

I believe the creators of the show even said that they started making the message more blatant because they were shocked at how little that their right-wing fans noticed that they were being made fun of

Really good show, totally worth $15 for 3 seasons if you don't have access to prime video. Gen V also seems like it can be pretty good too.

I think I'd rather just pay $15 for a month of Prime Video and binge watch all 4 seasons. They're 8 episodes each.

Thanks, we don't normally have Prime so I picked these up. The show's inconsistent, but I've really enjoyed it nonetheless, fourth season included.

Yeah, as fond as I am of the show, there are diminishing returns. They are pretty good though of finishing the seasons with a bang though to make you keep coming back.

I was almost ready to abandon the show during the 4th season and then the last 2 or 3 eps were gangbusters.

Terrible the entire series. The pilot episode season 1 was great, got you hooked, and then just progressively got worse. This last season was just a skipper, could have skipped 90% of every episode and not missed anything important… it even seemed as if the actors were miserable in their roles, just on for another season to fulfill their contracts, etc. Watch if you are bored and ran out of content on Scamazon.
